MILWAUKEE® Footwear has been designed to grant full satisfaction to the user. In case of any defect due to workmanship and raw materials at the date of purchase, the dealer can support you.
If you are the original purchaser, you need to bring the complete pair (previously cleaned) to the place of purchase or any official dealer with the proof of purchase, within 3 months of purchase.
In this case, if the defect is confirmed by the official dealer you can get a replacement.
 
Consider that support will not be provided if:
  • The shoes have been not used in the conditions for which they have been designed for
  • There are changes or alterations to the equipment
  • External elements such as chemicals, water, fire, have altered the equipment
  • Wear and tear
  • Any deviations linked to the user's perception or expectation of the design, such as wrong size
