Visit uk.milwaukeetool.eu/service to record your tool (or retrieve an already recorded one) and click repair. Confirm whether your tool is in our out of warranty.

Choose from one of the following options for the pick up and drop off of your repair:
A) Pick up and drop off from home
B) Pick up and drop off at your chosen location
C) Pick up and drop off at your chosen collection points of the carrier network

Add your tool’s failure description and choose to receive a tracking message via email or sms.

Confirm your repair request. You can then review your repair summary, where you will have the option to edit if required. Once you are happy, click print label and attach your label to your parcel. 

Your tool is then collected by a Milwaukee approved courier and taken to the service centre. You can follow your tool’s repair online (sms or e-mail if selected) through the following stages:

• Collection by the carrier
• Arrival at the service centre
• Tool repaired
• Collection by the carrier from the Service Centre
• Delivery back to you

Once repaired, your tool is then dropped off at your chosen location
