As a distributor, can I have a discount on the PPE Customisation prices

PPE Customisation prices are including 2 sorts of prices:
- Printing fees: these fees cannot be discounted or replaced by a manual price
- Technical setup fees: these fees can be discounted or replaced by a manual price

​​Does the end user need to hand the customisation code to the distributor in person?

No, they can pass it on to the distributor via email, phone or in person. It is also possible to go through a configuration with the distributor directly in the store.

Does the production start directly after the end user passes the code onto the distributor?

TTI will review and optimise the logo for printing. A proofing document will be created to enable the end use to provide his final approval. Once the end user has approved the customisation and the distributor has confirmed the order the production will start. 

​End user has approved the customisation and distributor has placed the order: can the order still be cancelled?

Once the customisation is approved and the order confirmed by the distributor in the Order Portal, the order cannot be cancelled.

​​As a distributor, can I place one order for several customisations?

The rule is one customisation = one order

Can I order different attachments or does it needs to be the same attachment configuration for all ordered helmets?

You can create a "shopping list" of attachments in the 3D-Visualiser, but you do not need to order exactly these attachments. You can choose completely free which attachments you want to order. The customisation and the attachments are two different invoices in the end.

As a distributor, how do I log onto the PPE Dealer Portal?

First connection: please sign up and fill in the registration template. Once done, you will receive an email with your credentials.

The end user has changed his mind and doesn't want the helmets anymore, as a distributor can I return the printed helmets to TTI?

Printed helmets being a personalised product, TTI does not accept any returns. This is why it is very important to inform the end user that TTI will not accept any returns.

As a distributor, what should I do if I have received the wrong colour of helmetI did not receive the full quantity of helmets I have orderedI have received damaged helmets (scratches, bumps...)

Do I need credentials to start a customisation in the 3D-Visualiser?

No, the visualiser is open to all

Can I print any logo on the helmet?​

It is not possible to print pictures on the helmet. For the logos,  max 4 colour logo on a white helmet and max 3 colour logo on a coloured helmet.

​Is it possible to personalise the helmets?

It is not possible to print names on the helmets but the sticker that comes with the helmets can be personsalised with the workers names and glued on the helmet.

​What should I do if I do not have Pantone codes?

We will search for a colour that matches the logo colour the best and you can give your final approval

​Is the ink on the on the helmet certified?

Yes

​​If we want to customise a logo and add a lamp to the helmet, is it possible to move the logo?

On the helmets, the printing areas are fixed, it is not possible to move them.
