MILWAUKEE® delivers innovation for paint and body technicians with the launch of their new M12 FUEL™ 150 mm random orbital sanders with 2.5 mm and 5.0 mm oscillation.

Designed for the professional paint technician, our M12 FUEL^™ 150 mm random orbital sanders are optimised to supplement pneumatic solutions within shops.

The M12 FUEL^™* 150 mm random orbital sanders with 5.0 mm orbit delivers the power to confidently sand body filler, gives ultimate sanding control, and the run time of sanding body filler on up to 3 doors on a M12^™ REDLITHIUM^™HIGH OUTPUT^™ 2.5 Ah battery pack. The POWERSTATE^™ brushless motor and REDLINK PLUS^™ intelligence provide the user with the confidence to remove body filler while maintaining high RPMs while under load. The 150 mm random orbital has an aggressive throw of 5.0 mm to deliver a clean and efficient removal of body filler. When paired with the included MILWAUKEE^® 150 mm backing pad – Firm, the pad and tool combination is optimised for vibrations along with the preferred removal rate of body filler.

The M12 FUEL^™ 150 mm random orbital sander with 2.5 mm orbit delivers the power to confidently sand clear coat, gives ultimate sanding control, and the run time of sanding primer on up to 5 doors on a M12^™ REDLITHIUM^™ HIGH OUTPUT^™ 2.5 Ah battery pack. The POWERSTATE^™ brushless motor and REDLINK PLUS^™ intelligence provides the user with the confidence to remove clear coat at low RPMs without stopping pad rotation. The 150 mm random orbital sander has a throw of 2.5 mm to deliver a paint-ready finish for the paint technician. When paired with the included MILWAUKEE^® 150 mm backing pad – Soft, the pad and tool combination is optimised for vibration along with the preferred removal rate of clear coat.

The innovative ergonomic shape of the palm grip, speed dial, and variable speed trigger allow users a range of 3,200 – 12,000 RPMs. This enables the user to have the ultimate control while sanding over curved body panels and feathering paint.

It is equipped with tool-free backing pad change mechanism to eliminate the stress and potential damage of the tool when changing pads.

The vacuum port allows users to remove debris from the work surface while sanding, both left and right ports are included with the tool to enable users to change the direction of ingress removal. The M12 FUEL^™ 150 mm random orbital sanders are compatible with all MILWAUKEE^® dust extractors, furthermore the universal vacuum port adapter included in the scope of delivery also enables the use of other dust extractors.
