With the introduction of the next generation M18 FUEL™ Braking Grinders, MILWAUKEE® is setting a new standard for cordless capabilities on the job site. Featuring the next generation POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor that harnesses the powerful capabilities of our FORGE™ batteries, MILWAUKEE® is delivering its most powerful grinding solution, continuing to drive productivity and performance on the job.

The six new M18 FUEL™* Braking Grinders provide corded grinding performance, improved run time and enhanced ergonomics for an improved user experience. Optimised for the most demanding cutting and grinding applications, MILWAUKEE®’s new grinders deliver the power and performance demanded by industry professionals.

 

M18 FUEL™ High Performance Breaking Grinders

Taking cordless grinders to the next level in performance and run time, the new M18 FUEL™ High Performance 150 mm Braking Grinder with Paddle Switch, M18 FUEL™ High Performance 150 mm Braking Grinder with Slide Switch, M18 FUEL™ High Performance 125 mm Braking Grinder with Paddle Switch, M18 FUEL™ High Performance 125 mm Braking Grinder with Slide Switch generate 1800W corded power, eliminating any performance compromises. The POWERSTATE™ brushless motor paired with REDLINK PLUS™ intelligence delivers maximum sustained power and 9,000 RPM to remove material faster and increase productivity providing outstanding levels of performance, protection, and compatibility. 

When paired with the M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ 8.0 Ah battery pack, the grinders provide the fastest cutting and deliver up to 135 cuts per charge in the toughest grinding and cutting applications. The M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ 8.0 Ah battery pack provides HIGH OUTPUT™ 12.0 Ah power in a smaller size, and longest life vs. REDLITHIUM™ batteries.

Unique to MILWAUKEE®’s metalworking solutions, the new M18 FUEL™ Grinders feature RAPIDSTOP™ braking, providing stops under two seconds with an abrasive disc, allowing users to set down their tools quickly after use. The grinders also feature an electronic clutch for kickback protection, as well as overload protection to maximise motor life. 

The new generation of High Performance Grinders generate 13A corded power, eliminating any performance compromises.

 

M18 FUEL™ High Performance Braking Grinders with Variable Speed

Delivering maximum sustained power to complete the toughest cutting and grinding applications, the M18 FUEL™ High Performance 180 mm Braking Grinder with Variable Speed and ONE-KEY™ generates 1800W corded power, four speed for increased control and RAPIDSTOP™ brake for enhanced safety. The POWERSTATE™ brushless motor paired with REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence delivers 5,000- 8,400 RPM and maximum sustained power, ensuring outstanding levels of performance, protection, and compatibility. The Variable Speed dial provides 4-speed settings between 5,000 RPM and 8,400 RPM to allow for greater control in application. When paired with the M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ 8.0 Ah battery pack, users are provided added material cut per charge and outstanding run time on the job. Also available with 125 mm diameter and 3,500 – 9,000 rpm no load speed.
