MILWAUKEE® EXPANDS ITS M18 FUEL™ RANGE WITH A NEW TO MARKET 1” RAILWAY IMPACT WRENCH

With a maximum torque of 2000 Nm, the tool brings no compromise on power.

MILWAUKEE® announces the launch of the new M18 FUEL™ 1˝ railway impact wrench with friction ring to bring tradesmen working in the railway maintenance industry greater efficiency and comfort.

The M18 FUEL™ 1″ Railway Impact Wrench allows the user to fasten over 300 bolts on one charge of a single M18™ HIGH OUTPUT™ 12.0 Ah battery.

This tool is an addition to MILWAUKEE® ‘s industry-leading powerful, cordless impact wrenches; which enables the user to complete the most demanding applications.

This Impact Wrench is optimal for a full day’s work on the jobsite. The POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor delivers up to 2000 Nm of nut-busting torque. The M18 FUEL™ 1˝ Railway Impact Wrench is significantly lighter than existing alternatives. Despite weighing only 6.1 kg it has the power to replace petrol solutions.

With the run time to install over 300 bolts on a single M18TM HIGH OUTPUT™ HB12.0Ah battery, this portable impact wrench provides outstanding performance. The battery powered impact wrench provides the end user with cordless convenience and eliminates the need for AC or petrol alternatives. With no need of a power supply on site or the need for petrol, you have greater productivity and portability to complete applications not accessible with a pneumatic unit. This reduces your cost of ownership by lowering energy costs and eliminating routine maintenance on compressors and generators.

The auto shut-off function integrated in mode 4 prevents over tightening of bolts. The REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence ensures the end user achieves maximum performance and protects the impact wrench against overloads, over-heating, and over-discharge. This technology is further featured with three different speed settings to ensure tool performance is optimised for the application.

The tool is designed for comfort and efficiency; featuring ergonomic rubber handles for ultimate control over the tool. The body of the tool is equipped with a carrying handle for comfortable and convenient transport to and from the jobsite. Two LED lights are found at the bottom of the tool to ensure optimal visibility of the bolts even in dark environments.
