The combination of the 3.5 teeth-per-inch tooth design and 10° tooth angle means HOLE DOZER™ Bi-Metal Holesaws provide a fast cut, while advanced heat dispersion ensures the teeth stay sharper for an extended lifespan. Common concerns like clogging and heat buildup are easily avoided thanks to the deeper curved gullets. The teeth of these powerful Holesaws are made from hard-wearing matrix II steel, containing 8% cobalt, making it suitable for cutting difficult and hard materials including stainless steel and acid-resistant steels, as well as wood and MDF. This is available in diameters ranging from 14 mm to 210 mm. There's also the HOLE DOZER™ Carbide Holesaw, which boasts greater resistance to heat and wear than the Bi-Metal Holesaw. This has offset teeth, reducing resistance levels, and it can seamlessly cut through metals such as stainless steel, high alloy steels and aluminium as well as plastics, fibreglass, and plastic-coated wood boards. Diameter sizes available run from 19 mm to 152 mm. There are HOLE DOZER™ Bi-Metal Holesaw Sets in a choice of sizes.
